1. Copyright Compliance
Zupiyo OTT respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The content displayed on our platform is sourced from YouTube through their API services and is subject to the copyright ownership of their respective owners.
2. Content Ownership
Zupiyo OTT does not claim ownership of the video content displayed on our platform. All rights to the content remain with the original creators or copyright holders. Our platform serves as an aggregator that provides access to publicly available YouTube videos in a user-friendly interface.
3. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please send us a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
4. Copyright Infringement Claims
We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged copyright infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying with applicable law, Zupiyo OTT will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will generally restore the material in question, unless we first receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
6. Repeat Infringers
Zupiyo OTT may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
7. Zupiyo OTT Trademarks and Branding
The Zupiyo OTT name, logo, and related trademarks and branding elements are the exclusive property of Nexra Corppe Private Limited. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
