1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Since our service offers digital content which can be consumed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been active and content has been viewed.
- Double Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same transaction, please contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate charge.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a verified technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours, a pro-rata refund may be considered.
- Unused Subscription: If you purchased a subscription and have NOT watched any content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The reflection of the refund in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's policies.
